Our swimming team is guided by professional swimmers and former Olympians. We bring our swimming & life experience to the pool deck.
- Technique is the keyThe swimming technique is a solid foundation that should be built early on. We understand the importance of swimming the correct way before anything else. Through a combination of targeted drills on land in the water, we aim to shape and perfect your kid's technique for maximum efficiency.
- Mental preparationSwimming is not just a hard sport physically, but also mentally. As professional swimmers, we struggled in and out of the pool. That's why we work on the mental resilience of our swimmers. Our mental skills work shapes confidence, focus, motivation, and resilience during practices, competitions, and real-life settings.
- Injury preventionAlthough swimming is a low-impact sport, swimmers are not immune to injuries. The last thing you want as a parent is to see your kid in pain after swimming a few laps. Our preventative approach helps reduce the risk of injury. We utilize proper stretching techniques, specific muscle-strengthening and mobility practices, and functional movement screenings.
- Race simulationBecause our swim training is guided by science, we are not focused on simply getting yardage in. Our sport aims to swim as fast and as efficiently as possible. That can't be done without race-detailed training outside of the competition. We built our programs based on the specificity of the events that your kid excels in.
- Analysis & feedbackUtilizing underwater cameras in training allows us to break down your kid's stroke and get knowledgeable insight into how improvements can be made. After our analysis, we communicate the findings with the kids in a positive and supportive manner.
- Just have fun!All serious points aside, we want your kids to have fun in practice! We aim to build a friendly and fun environment for everyone. Swimming practice is not about screaming, torture, and pain for us. It's about gathering with friends and having fun while getting some work in!
Explore our swim teams for kids
We offer a wide range of swim team groups for kids in Tampa Bay. To join the beginner group, your child should be a proficient swimmer who can swim 25 yards without stopping. Spots are limited to 10 kids per group.

Blue Sharks Team
Beginner group for kids who can swim unassisted 25 yards of any stroke with no stops. No age limit.

Tiger Sharks Team
Intermediate group for kids that can swim unassisted 50+ yards of freestyle and breaststroke stroke with no stops. No age limit.

White Sharks Team
Advanced group for kids who can swim 50+ yards of all four strokes with no stops in a row. No age limit.

Fill out our form so we can get to know you and your kid. Our form is short and shouldn't take more than a minute to fill out. We will be in touch shortly!
Pay for the first month of training
You should make a payment upon the beginning of the first practice, April 20th, 2023. The last day to make a payment is April 15th, 2023.
