Former professional swimmer, World Record Holder in swimming & swim coach
I dedicated over 20 years of my life to the world of aquatics. From learning to kick and float as a little kid to setting World Records in swimming, I can honestly say this sport taught me invaluable lessons and gave me opportunities that go beyond the pool lanes.

Today, I share my knowledge and passion for swimming by teaching private lessons & swim clinics to swimmers of all levels. I specialize in teaching proper stroke technique & race-pace swim training.

Years of competitive swimming experience & understanding of exercise science help me teach swimming in the most efficient & effective way.
